Sutton Housing Partnership is an ALMO managing 6,000 tenants and 1,500 leaseholders on behalf of the London Borough of Sutton.
You’ll play a key role revolutionising the way Sutton Housing Partnership communicate and engages with its employees, stakeholders and customers across all channels enhancing our reputation as a great service provider and employer of choice.
SHP’s Communication Service is highly regarded as being customer focussed and providing quality communications for both internal and external customers.
You will work with internal and external customers to agree design, copy and production of communications. You’ll be able to multi-task and manage projects to within agreed deadlines and sometimes at short notice.
You will work strategically to realise organisational goals and develop positive visions of SHPs future potential. You will be organised, methodical and accurate in your working environment, sharing knowledge and solutions with the team and suggesting ways to enhance the service.
You will represent the Communications team and SHP at meetings, both internally and externally, and promote both services and the organisation in a professional and experienced manner.
You will play an integral part in developing our organisation culture, managing corporate reputation and enhancing opportunities for business development.
You will be a team player, able to assume responsibility where appropriate and willing to step up and go the extra mile to deliver the service when needed. We pride ourselves on the nature of our business being one team, supporting and assisting each other in all roles and responsibilities.
