An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Employer Engagement Manager with East Anglia Reserve Forces and Cadets Association.
This is a key position within the Employer Engagement team with senior management support.
You'll need to be versatile; as comfortable planning and delivering engagement events, ensuring current accurate data and management information as you are engaging with employers from all industries to encourage support to Defence people.
You’ll be responsible for planning, delivering and attending employer engagement events, ensuring timelines for data analysis are met for both internal and external clients and take an active role in the delivery of the employer engagement plan to build regional employer support.
You must be able to quickly build strong relationships across the organisation, including with the Association membership and third parties. You’ll have experience of relationship and event management and be able to work under brand guidelines. You’ll need to become well versed with the Armed Forces Covenant, Business Pledge and the Ministry of Defence’s Employer Recognition Scheme.
You’re able to show how your work has contributed to the Employer Engagement plan, demonstrating efficient use of resources and showing that decisions were based on solid intelligence.
This position attracts a current salary of £24,663 p.a, working 37.5 hours per week, normally 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch but flexibility is required to attend employer engagement events.
