Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service (HFRS) is a highly performing organisation that is dedicated to making life safer in Hampshire. As Internal Communications Manager your main focus will be to develop, manage and deliver effective internal communication strategies and plans that support the organisational and people priorities such as Vision, Pathway to 2020 and Safer Stronger. This role is critical in the effective management of change for HFRS and its people, leading internal communications across multiple change projects.
You’ll have significant experience of working at a senior level within a corporate communications environment in large, diverse organisation; in particular, owning and delivering solutions that support major transformation and change initiatives. You’ll also be educated to degree level or equivalent. With a high level of drive, commitment, innovation and flair, you’ll be highly customer focused with the capability to work in a fast moving, multi-task, pressurised environment.
Please note this is a 12-month temporary contract to cover maternity leave.
