Digital Communications Manager
Salary: £40,428 - £48,514 (+ HCAS £6,469) per annum
Hours: Full time

As Digital Communications Manager, you will help us deliver compelling online content, manage a busy publishing schedule, and find new and creative ways of engaging with our audiences.
You will manage and develop NHS Improvement’s digital channels including the corporate website and social media accounts. You will also support the Head of Digital Communications in developing and delivering a digital content strategy that supports the organisation’s strategic aims.
In addition to excellent content planning and development skills, the ideal candidate will also have experience of managing and developing an efficient, effective and innovative team, and of developing robust monitoring, reporting and evaluation of all digital activity and using this insight to inform improvements.
