We provide communication and marketing support to the Council to enable residents and others to access the services they need, keep employees and residents engaged and support specific campaigns and activity as we move to new Council.
You will create content for websites and our other digital channels and update these platforms as requested. You will get involved in communications campaigns, create and edit videos and support others to use digital technologies.
You will need:
Experience of using different social media channels as engagement and marketing tools
Experience of creating content for social and digital channels and an understanding of how to evaluate success
IT skills and creativity to help deliver the service outcomes
GCSE grade A* to C in English and be working towards, or have achieved a Level 3 equivalent qualification
An understanding of social media advertising
Dealing with colleagues in a sensitive and appropriate way, managing conflicting demands, priorities and requirements
Good team working skills.
