The Trust is ambitious and keen to share the excellent work it is doing. It is investing in a new Communications, Engagement and Marketing (CEM) strategy and is keen for passionate communicators to join the team.
These two new roles have been created to help deliver the new strategy and represent an exciting time to join the CEM team and the Trust. The new strategy brings together the three elements for the first time and shows the value the organisation places in good communications.
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate communicators to help us on that journey. You will be joining a growing team and will ideally have a variety of communications skills. In this role you will be the key contact for one of our clinical areas and will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to create engaging communications for internal and external audiences, work effectively with the media and other stakeholders and be able to work across traditional and digital channels.
Particular experience in internal communications, engagement or marketing would be an advantage.
This is a great time to join us. We have a new CEO and this year Royal Surrey became the first in the UK to work with a partnership of local GPs to provide community services. Royal Surrey is a Trust keen to build on its successes.
