Are you looking for an exciting new challenge in a high-profile government communications environment? A chance to build on your media and digital skillset and receive development opportunities in return?
If you’re a motivated self-starter who is politically astute, then we want to hear from you.
The Department of International Trade (DIT) is looking for a data journalist, with strong writing, data interrogation and visualisation skills, the ability to trial new tools and an interest in digital marketing.
You’ll be part of our Content and Digital team – a group of storytellers who put compelling content at the heart of our communication and marketing strategy.
You’ll join at a time of considerable growth, helping to build new data-driven approaches to digital communications to get across messages in real-time to new audiences.
It is essential to have a natural interest in all things digital and a passion for how DIT can communicate what it does.
DIT is building a better trading framework for the UK, promoting and supporting opportunities for export and investment, and building an appetite for British goods and services.
You’ll be curious, creative, keen to explore new techniques and tools, and to try new approaches. No two days will be the same.
