We are looking for an experienced and consultation and engagement professional to join our communications team.
This is a great opportunity to support the Service in a time of continual change. We want to build upon and maintain connections with the communities we serve, our workforce, and our partners to make sure that people have a genuine say in the future of our Service.
You will be responsible for designing and carrying out effective consultations using a range of methodologies, analysing the results and presenting findings. You will also investigate and test new and innovative methods of consultation.
You will develop plans to promote good practice and consistency in how engagement is carried out across the Service, supporting colleagues to carry out engagement activities. You will also develop opportunities and channels for our communities, staff and partners to shape the future of the Service.
By building a good connection with our audiences, you will be able to support colleagues in the communications team with insight that will strengthen our campaigns.
You will also be responsible for co-ordinating an effective complaints policy including identifying opportunities for improvement.
