Location: Remote with requirement to travel and attend events
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000pa (depending on experience)

Core Purpose of Role
The role holder supports the planning and organisation of a range of different events for the company, including Banking Hub launches and community engagement events.
Our work attracts a lot of attention from a wide range of people including local councillors, MPs and their teams, consumer groups and people who are simply passionate about their community. Government and the media take a keen interest too.
The difference you’ll make
The key responsibilities of this role are:
Project manage all online and face to face events delivered by Cash Access UK from inception to delivery
Ensure all events are delivered within set budgets
Work closely with internal stakeholders to plan events and organise all logistics to ensure seamless delivery
Liaise with key external stakeholders, including parliamentarians, MPs and Councils to schedule/coordinate attendance
Produce written briefs, running orders for key stakeholders/speakers at events
Support and co-ordinate production of high-quality slide packs and speeches
Manage the invitation and registration process for all internal and external attendees, using online platforms
Source and manage merchandise and organise any other event collateral needed
Provide stakeholders with post-event analysis to measure event impact.
