do you suffer from ‘groundhog day syndrome’?

August 30, 2016 Darren Caveney

Everyone has potential. But how do you identify it and then make the most of it? A free chat with a coach may help...

by Marcus Grodentz

In the film of that name weatherman Bill Murray finds himself living the same day over and over again.

Many people spend their entire lives doing something very similar.

They fail to live up to - or even beyond – their potential.

They settle for less than second-best.

They just keep doing what they always do

For some it’s just staying within the safety of their comfort zone – even if that means living a miserable and unfulfilled life.

Some ‘live down’ to other people’s expectations of them. We’ve all heard the ‘you’ll never amount to anything’ comment at school for instance.

For other successful people it means just doing what they know they are good at – and never, ever, testing themselves any further than that.

In watching the Rio Olympics on TV recently I was moved to observe the passion, commitment and dedication that the athletes brought to their various sports.

What would it be like for you if you could harness just an ‘iota’ of that mixture?

How would your life, your job, your relationships be different?

What would it be like to be passionate about your potential? – the one you never even knew you had.

John F Kennedy asked his chief scientific advisor what it would take to put a man on the moon.

The answer – “Just the will to do it.”

That’s all it takes to potentially change your life.

Or would you rather settle for being a groundhog?

I offer a free two-hour coaching session. Take me up on my offer and let’s unlock your potential.
