comms2point0 Interims is a search and introduction service matching talented communications professionals with recruiting organisations looking for skilled candidates for short and long term interim contracts and projects.

comms2point0 Interims makes use of its extensive professional networks and contacts which exists across comms2point0 and my consultancy, Creative Communicators Ltd.
Candidates join the service free of charge, are added to the secure database and are matched to briefs and job descriptions of potential employers.
Candidates complete a short sign up form and submit a copy of their CV in order to be added to the database.
Employers can pay a small, one-off payment to access the bios, skills and experience summaries, salary/day rate requirements and CVs of candidates who could match the requirements of the recruiting organisation.
Why comms2point0 Interims?
I have been providing support, recommendations and introductions through my networks on an informal basis for years. The demand for this service has increased noticeably as employers have been struggling to recruit quality staff, and skilled communications professionals have been frustrated by the their experience of the interim market.
So, I decided to formalise the offer with the launch of comms2point0 Interims.
comms2point0.co.uk has become an important and well used site for recruiters to place their adverts, and for candidates to find their next role. This service will continue. comms2point0 Interims adds to and complements the offer.
How can I join the database as a candidate?

Any communications professional – whether an interim, full-time employee, freelancer or self-employed communications consultant.

All roles from director and managerial level through to assistant level and apprenticeships.

Good question. comms2point0 Interims covers all of the key communications roles and disciplines, from external and internal communications, media and PR, social media, web and digital, marketing and branding, and research and design.

I’m interested in searching for candidates – how can I do that?
comms2point0 Interims has just launched and candidates are joining as we speak. The database will grow considerably over the coming weeks. Speak to me now for an initial conversation.
comms2point0 Interims is a search and introduction service matching talented communications professionals with recruiting organisations looking for skilled candidates for short and long term interim contracts and projects.
There is a simple, no fluff form to be completed and signed (you can do that HERE) and then the search can be quoted for. Once I have received your brief a search of the comms2point0 Interims database will take place to assess how many matches are found.
Anonymised details are send through to you and once you have looked through the details of the matching candidates and selected those you’re interested in interviewing you can ask to receive their full CVs with their details and contact them to discuss your role.
All contact is then between recruiter and candidate solely, comms2point0 provides only the matching and introduction service.
If you go ahead and recruit a candidate a one off payment is charged to you via secure card payment request or BACs payment - for this you will need to supply an order number. This fee is based on your role requirements and so is bespoke to you. You will be quoted in advance so there is full transparency in advance of the search beginning.
This charge is the end of the costs to you and, unlike recruitment agencies, if you decide to make the appointment permanent there is no commission payment charged to you.

comms2point0 Interims in no way makes recommendations on the quality of candidates or on their likely performance – employers offer contracts of employment entirely at their own risk.
